1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Peso99 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Peso99 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, and promotional services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Peso99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Peso99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Peso99 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold a Peso99 player account.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Peso99 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Peso99 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have had a previous Peso99 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Peso99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Peso99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

Peso99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested

Peso99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Peso99 may result in account suspension.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Peso99 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Peso99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Peso99 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Peso99 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Peso99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your Peso99 account.
• Peso99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your account.
• A minimum of one (1) completed deposit is required before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Peso99 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though delays may occur during peak periods or due to additional security checks.
• Peso99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Peso99 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: Peso99 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
• Eligibility: Peso99 may restrict certain promotions to specific player segments, geographic areas, or payment methods. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page.

Peso99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where abuse is suspected.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Peso99 platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

Peso99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. Peso99 does not reverse completed game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during gameplay, Peso99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Peso99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Peso99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Peso99 account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Peso99 staff or other players
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Peso99 account

9. Responsible Gaming

Peso99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to gamble for entertainment purposes only and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Peso99 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Peso99 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Peso99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of Peso99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Peso99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Peso99 content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Peso99 content
• Use any Peso99 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorised
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform

Any unauthorised use of Peso99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Peso99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Peso99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Peso99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

Peso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Player request (voluntary account closure)

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Peso99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on Peso99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting Peso99 support through your account dashboard.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Peso99 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Peso99 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by Peso99 may escalate complaints to the relevant regulatory authority.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Peso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the Peso99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting Peso99 support.
